frequently , then you need Quick Launch
barr. Quick Launch is missing in Windows
7, but there is a way to bring it back. Right
click on a empty space on the taskbar and
click on Toolbars ->New Toolbar… In the
Folder line, type or copy : %userprofile
%AppDataRoaming Microsoft Internet
ExplorerQuick Launch and click on Select
Folder You now have a Quick Launch
toolbar on the taskbar. To disable Quick
Launch Bar right click on a empty space on
the taskbar and click on Toolbars and
